Ermita de la Virgen del Pino - Chapel Hermitage Of The Virgin Of Pine

The small pilgrimage church "Ermita de la Virgen del Pino" was only built in 1930 next to the approx. 800-year-old 32-metre-high pine tree, which was declared a protected cultural asset Bien de Interés Cultural in 2014. At the time of the Conquista (1492/1493), a virgin figure is said to have appeared in a hollow in the trunk.
