Eduardo J. Pérez Hernández named his wines after his grandmothers... The fresh, light white wine "Marina" is well tolerated. It is made from the grape varieties Listán blanco, Malvasia, Bujariego, little Gual and Sabro. The red wine "Esperanza" made from the grapes Negramoll, Castellana and Tintilla goes very well with tender goat cheese.
