SAT Bodegas Noroeste de La Palma - Almong blossom at Vega Norte

The winegrowers' association has been in operation since 1999 and now has around 240 members. The grapes of the popular Vega Norte wines are mostly grown on the steep slopes of the area at an altitude of 1000 to 1500 metres. The white wines are produced from the grape varieties "Listán Prieto", "Albillo", "Listán Blanco" and "Albillo", the red wines from the grapes "Negramoll", "Muñeco", "Almuñeco" as well as "Listán Prieto" and the rosé wine from the variety "Negramoll".
